By sending an order through this web site you are placing an offer to purchase selected products at the shown prices on this web site. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for whatever reason including out of date pricing or incorrect pricing, inability to supply stock, incorrect freight calculations or any other reason. We will endeavour to keep our information as accurate as possible. However, where a problem occurs, we will contact you and provide you with your options. We will not debit your credit card until we are happy that we can supply your order at a mutually agreed price. Processing of your payment and shipping of the goods indicates our acceptance of your offer to purchase.

Delivery

Your delivery costs will vary depending on the size, weight & distance. These prices will be determined and added to your order, we do endeavour to find the best possible delivery for your order. If you wish to confirm this prior to payment make sure you tick the appropriate box on the checkout page. Insurance can also be factored into the delivery costs. All items will be sent by Australia Post and can take anything from 3 to 15 working days.

Refunds & Returns Online

Sorry but we do not accept returns or exchange on sale items, but for all other returns or exchange of goods Sissy’s Boutique must be notified immediately if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We will exchange the goods if returned within 7 days of issue of Return Authorisation number. Please contact us with the nature of the problem and supply your full name, address, email, your order reference number and contact phone number. We will then advise you of the return address and a return authorisation number which must accompany the goods as well as your proof of purchase. Garments are to be returned (at customers cost) unworn and unwashed and all original labels are attached. Store credit note will be issued if a replacement garment cannot be found.
