Description

100% nylon.  This short sleeved overtop sits on the knee.  It is of a fine, soft mesh and is transparent.  It clasps at the front with a unique, dainty bar with a round knob on each end.  The panels at the front have an added printed piece over the top with a free, unattached side.  This also forms a collar affect.
This can be worn over Black Apples dress  Vs11 16203 to complete a stunning outfit for that special occassion.  Alternatively, it can be worn over a top (maybe Black Apples Vs 11 17196) with a dressy pant.
