Description

Main  100% cotton.  Lace trim  60% rayon, 40% nylon.  This waistcoat/overtop sits just below the waist.  It has a draw-string waist which ties inside at the front.  It has a 5 button front opening on a satin look panel.  The high necked band has a lace covering.  This lace forms a wide panel at the back.  The arms and bottom hemline are trimmed with the same satin look as the front button panel.
This can be worn over a shoestring top to give an edgey/classy look.  Something a little different.
